Tell us about some of the new vendors you’ve signed up and introduced in the market this year

This year, we’ve onboarded over 14 new vendors, including Vicarius, Syteca, CryptoBind, and others. Vicarius is focused on vulnerability management, Syteca,  formerly Ekran System focuses on PAM and user activity monitoring, whereas CryptoBind focuses on PKI and cryptography solutions. These additions reflect our commitment to staying ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and providing our partners with cutting-edge solutions.

AI is a significant focus in the industry. How is Bulwark integrating AI into its operations and offerings?

AI is integral to our daily operations and the solutions we offer. Many of our vendors now utilize AI tools to enhance their products. Internally, we leverage AI for various tasks, and we’re actively upskilling our team to better support AI-driven solutions for our partners.

With the rise of IoT and industrial systems, how is Bulwark addressing security in these areas?

While our focus has traditionally been on enterprise IT security, we’re increasingly moving into IoT and industrial security. Recognizing the critical importance of energy systems and infrastructure security, we’re expanding our portfolio to include solutions that address these emerging threats.

Bulwark has been in the industry for 25 years. How do you assess the company’s growth and journey?

It’s been a challenging yet rewarding journey. We’ve established a strong presence across the GCC and India. This year, we’re focusing more on market expansion and integrating new vendors to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Many vendors are now offering unified platforms. How does Bulwark approach this trend?

We recognize the value of unified platforms. Many of our vendors provide integrated solutions, and we work closely with them to ensure these offerings are accessible and beneficial to our partners.

How does Bulwark support its partners in managing the diverse solutions in your portfolio?

We offer comprehensive support, including training, pre-sales consulting, and post-sales assistance. Our goal is to empower our partners with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively deliver our solutions to customers.

Email security remains a top priority for many organizations. How is Bulwark addressing this?

Email security is indeed critical. We offer solutions that provide robust protection against threats, ensuring secure communication for our clients.

Given the dynamic nature of cybersecurity, how does Bulwark stay ahead of emerging threats?

We continuously monitor the cybersecurity landscape and adapt our offerings accordingly. Our participation in events like GISEC allows us to stay informed about the latest trends and technologies, ensuring we can provide our partners with the most effective solutions.
