Aleria has announced its initiative to advance the UAE’s vision for sovereign cloud software and AI-driven innovation, alongside its Super App. This collaboration marks a significant milestone toward establishing a truly sovereign AI ecosystem — built and operated entirely within the UAE.

Aleria has recently procured NVIDIA DGX GB300 systems supported by DDN Storage and NVIDIA Hopper accelerated computing, to build a high-performance, sovereign AI environment designed to empower local innovation while maintaining complete data control and compliance.

The Super App platform powered by Tawasal and Aleria, integrated within Aleria’s ecosystem, brings advanced AI-driven communication and automation capabilities to enterprises and government entities. Designed as a secure, intelligent, and unified platform, it provides seamless access to essential services — enabling organizations to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and maintain full sovereignty over their communications and data.

This initiative also brings together DDN and SuperPOD experts from MBUZZ, ensuring world-class infrastructure and high-performance storage solutions optimized for AI workloads.
“We’re excited that NVIDIA, DDN, and MBUZZ are working with us to bring this vision to life,” said Eric Leandri, CEO of Aleria. “Our Aleria OS and ETL platform are among the most powerful tools available to enable sovereign AI. They ensure that your data remains fully under your control — we don’t need your data to train our models. In today’s market, many ETL and LLM tools unfortunately compromise sovereignty by using your data to train external systems. With Aleria, your data is entirely yours.”

“At Aleria, we are inspired by ‘sovereignty in the palm of your hand.’ That belief drives our mission — to give nations and enterprises the tools to own and protect their digital independence,” added Leandri.

“Building truly sovereign AI ecosystems presents significant challenges that require innovative approaches to data security and platform independence,” said Marc Domenech, Regional Director – Enterprise META Region at NVIDIA. “NVIDIA’s cutting-edge AI infrastructure and seamless integration capabilities enable partners like Aleria to realize groundbreaking sovereign AI solutions.”

Additionally, Aleria has partnered with Open Innovation for its orchestration layer, enabling optimized GPU utilization across workloads — ensuring maximum efficiency, scalability, and sustainability within its sovereign AI infrastructure.

The Aleria OS can seamlessly run from NVIDIA Studio to NVIDIA DGX Spark to cloud environments, operating both on-premises and across thousands of GPUs — from just a few servers to hyperscale clusters — offering unmatched flexibility and performance for sovereign computing.

Aleria’s progress reflects the strategic vision of IHC’s leadership and the strong execution under the direction of CEO Syed Basar Shueb, whose guidance continues to advance the company’s mission.

As Aleria progresses toward becoming a global Independent Software Vendor (ISV), the Aleria OS suite is shaping up to be a leading software of the Sovereign AI revolution — the only platform that integrates a communications Super App powered by AI and a comprehensive dashboard that allows companies and governments to manage their entities through the unified Aleria AI suite.

This initiative highlights a growing movement toward Sovereign AI — empowering nations and enterprises to retain full control of their data, models, and digital ecosystems, while leveraging the latest NVIDIA accelerated computing to drive innovation.
